The Central Services Unit Safeguards Specialist will be responsible for registering, tracking, addressing, and resolving any grievances raised by individuals or groups. Grievances may be submitted to the WISTLE Project through the following channels:

Complaints may be submitted in person at the WISTLE/PIU Office located on the 2nd Floor, Government Headquarters, Roseau, Dominica, where complainants may complete and submit a grievance form.
Drop-Boxes
Drop-boxes for the submission of grievances will be made available at designated locations. The locations will be identified and communicated soon.
Anonymous Complaints
Anonymous complaints are accepted through all the channels listed above. Complainants may submit grievances without providing personal contact information.
